Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Manager to support a high-impact program in a secure, fast-paced environment. This role involves leading efforts to optimize data workflows, implement digital solutions, and streamline reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data management, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Evaluate and enhance existing program data processes, documentation, and reporting mechanisms (i.e., risk logs and project updates).
  • Design and implement process improvement and automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) and other technologies.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Oversee data organization within Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, including list and library management and platform integrations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams on digital tools and data best practices to improve collaboration and decision-making.
  • Lead training and onboarding for staff on new data systems and workflow solutions.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders to demonstrate the value of implemented solutions and promote adoption.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and features related to data management and automation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in process automation, data management, and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, including data organization, list creation, and Power Platform integration.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify, design, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance is required. Candidates without an active Top-Secret clearance must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance upon starting this position.
  • Candidates must be a United States Citizen.
